A Brooklyn woman, 60, was killed when a car pinned her to a wall in a fatal car accident, police said.

The woman, of Flatbush, was hit at approximately 2:30pm when a traffic light at Clarendon Road and New York Avenue that was stuck on red, prompting the driver to continue through the intersection.

For a stop light to be malfunctioned with drivers being reckless, it’s a recipe for danger and the light must be fixed.

The 2000 Isuzu hit two cars prior to jumping the curb and hitting the woman, who was a Haitian immigrant. She was transported to the hospital where she died a half hour later, police said. At this time, no charges have been filed against the driver.
